ABOUT OUR GUEST SPEAKER:  Twyla Powell serves as the Business Attraction Manager for the Henrico County Economic Development Authority, and has worked in state and local economic development for eleven years. In these roles, Twyla has competed to win projects that bring new jobs and capital investment to Virginia and Henrico, including projects such as Facebook and GE Digital.
